SF was gooooood. I agree about Nesta. The groundwork Maas laid down for her character development was just *chefs kiss* and I adore her story. It’s just a shame it took her a while to rebuild her relationship with her blood sisters. She just related more with her found sisters.

Ah that’s fair. Yea I disagreed with BookTok’s rec in this universe to read TOG after ACOTAR because of the differences in premise and plot. I would have read other similar fantasies to ride out the hangover before TOG or contemporary romance as a palate cleanser.

Haiiiii! What was your struggle with TOG? What’s your favourite ACOTAR book??

I find it to be pretty easy to read despite it being 3rd pov. I prefer 1st pov but have no problem reading till ch 20 so far. I’m trying to read TOG full series then CC in time for CC3 coming out end of next month!

The series also comes with a prequel, though for a more emotional impact it is suggested that you read it as the 4th book, which is what I’m doing now.

When you do decide to get the ebook version and it happens to be Kindle, it is suggested that you get the 8-in-1 deal. Reason being some folks suggest tandem reading for 2 of the books in the series.

I’m not sure how it’s easier when you get all 8 books as I can’t find the tiktok anymore but-

Hi! It well into the evening here, almost 6pm. Ha.

It’s mostly an action-packed fantasy with romance as a secondary plot. I’ve learnt that it’s Sarah’s first series, though overshadowed by her most popular romantasy series- A Court of Thorns and Roses.

I’m thoroughly enjoying TOG so far!
