Food dyes that MAHA screams about:

1️⃣aren’t banned in Europe.
2️⃣aren’t impacting health.

This is a distraction from ACTUAL issues.

Like:
90% of Americans don’t eat enough fiber & fruits/veggies
Half of us don’t have access to adequate healthcare.

It isn’t the food dyes.

Raw milk is not healthier.

Consuming raw milk can cause infections from:
•Escherichia coli.
•Campylobacter jejuni.
•Salmonella
•Listeria monocytogenes.
•Brucella abortus.

Symptoms: diarrhea, cramping, vomiting, organ failure, Guillain-Barré syndrome, death.

🍗 Last night I cleaned out the fridge and made the dish below. It included:
✔️Grilled chicken, chopped into chunks
✔️ Leftover cheese tortellini
✔️1/2 bag spinach leaves
✔️ 1/3 cup heavy cream
✔️ 1 clove garlic, minced
