yeah it sounds like a damaged nerve/muscle or carpel
I got diagnosed by a specialist years back from having no wrist support when drawing on my tablet since i was a teen XD
now when i play games i have to stop when it flares cuz everything gets painful and so stiff TwT

i took my time to heal, to focus on myself
and i started to realize my value again
how to set boundaries, speak up for myself
to put my foot down when i felt like i wasn't being treated right
because before the hurt and turmoil, i was confident
always smile with a goofy grin enjoying life
