We got a fancy automatic espresso maker a few years back and like it but it busted recently and we’re not in a hurry to pay to get it fixed. This made me go back to my old Moka Pot, which I really love. 🤓 if I didn’t have a cat on top of me I’d send a pic, it’s has a lovely patina from overuse.

Beautiful! My husband and I are coming back to Dublin in October and I plan to spend a good, long time in the Natural History Museum/dead zoo! We were there a year ago and only had about 30 mins in the museum on our last day—I was sad about it. 🤓

Today is “Independence Day” in the U.S. I’m drawing the conclusion that we are celebrating our independence from any kind of social contract or sense of a collective humanity. 😣🥺
