I feel the same about tea, too! It has fully replaced coffee for me, but I’m not mad at that. I love tea! I also love hot cocoa, but I replace milk with water to make it easy on my stomach lol do you have a favorite tea?

I used to drink coffee everyday since I was 13. The minute I turned 30, my body was like nope! And I started having health issues lol. I miss coffee, but I can’t put my body through that again 🥲
