There was a post on another platform asking is you would shelter immigrants. I started to post yes, then I stopped. I rent my aunts basement and she would turn us all in to save her own skin. I would have to be a short stop on the modern Underground Railroad.

After I heard about the shooting, I pulled up the documentary about how they recorded We Are The World to remind myself of the good people can do.

If they were just arresting criminals, or even immigrants that were not following the legal process, people would support them and they wouldn’t need masks. The fact that they feel the need to hide who they are says they know what they are doing is wrong.
