Thoughts on whether there is any leverage or things to say to republican senators and representatives for those of us stuck in red states?

Noting that several democratic lawmakers focused on usaid abs others are using rules of procedure to him up the works. Kudos to them! (Don Beyer, jamie raskin, sen. kim, sen. Schatz))
