He’s releasing a new album early next year with all new material. He collaborated with Sheryl Crow on it. Buried Treasure is a tribute to Tom Petty that he co wrote with Tom’s son Julian, and it’s going to be on the album. I’m really excited for this one.

This feels like the first step in dismantling women’s careers as AI accelerates. AI will replace women’s jobs first. The only defense is to learn it now, adopt it fast, and build new pathways before the next wave hits. Waiting is not an option.

This is not random. It is coordinated. It strips women of mobility, slams doors on entire career pathways, freezes billions in education funds, and pushes women back decades. People need to know exactly how far reaching this is. It is catastrophic.

This guts the pipeline for nurses, teachers, therapists, counselors, midwives, PAs, speech pathologists, and public health leaders. Rural hospitals will be devastated. Low income schools will collapse. Women of color and single mothers will be crushed.

Even women in male dominated fields get hit. Some engineering master’s and doctoral programs lose professional status too. A woman could get into MIT and still be limited to the lower loan caps. Brilliant women from normal families will be shut out.

Professional programs keep access to 50k per year with a 200k cap. All other grad students get forced into 20.5k per year with a 100k cap. And the Grad PLUS loans that filled the gap are being eliminated. Most women will be priced out of advanced degrees.

If your degree is in nursing, teaching, social work, counseling, public health, therapy, or dozens of other fields dominated by women, it no longer qualifies for higher loan limits. These pink jobs just lost professional status by federal definition.
