The pokemon can fly as high as they want. Gravity dictates that the lion ladder will arc and collapse after about i'd say 2,000 lions one on another. Some will die of fall damage, the rest are susceptible to the fire and lightning

I'll take 1 Zapdos and 1 Moltres and that will do the job. Lions cannot fly. They end up clawing thin air and then they either get zapped or fried.

Octopath 2 is a masterpiece. Love it. Only need to beat Galdera for the 100%. Easier said the done
