@leahmcelrath.bsky.social I saw the clip on YouTube. He was praying, arms outstretched, facing a number of ICE on a rooftop. All armed. One of them aimed and fired. It was a “less lethal” round from the look of it, unless you get shot in the head. It was attempted murder or worse.
