I do think that this is the case that gets us any public information about the deal with El Salvador.
I also think this (admittedly cryptic) sentence from the Supreme Court is meant to indicate that the district court CAN order informational updates from the government—and the Trump administration can't withhold all relevant details under a broad claim of executive privilege or state secrets.

THIS is why due process matters. Because when ICE has to actually prove to an independent adjudicator whether someone is actually a member of a gang or not, they often fall flat on their face and judges are SHOCKED at how ramshackle and shoddy ICE's work on this stuff is.
They get it wrong a LOT!
