I totally agree. And now, they have a Home2 Suites in the news as well. And the poor franchise, and employees at that hotel have to deal with the business decision that Corp took. I think they need the lodging assoc to help them move on from Ice. As the admin will retaliate against them.

I don’t watch Fox, I can stomach the lies. But I wonder if they have even aired the various videos, in their entirety from all angles to their viewers. My guess is that they have not yet.

I wonder, because I don’t watch Fox news, but I wonder if they have played all the videos for their viewers? My suspicion is that they have not. Considering they even blocked playing the Jack Smith Hearings this week on their channel, via certain streaming platforms. They cover up the truth!

As their main revenue growth for this is not just the franchise fees. It’s the NUG. Net Unit Growth. As they make a lot of more on applications and new contracts for hotels.

The one thing that could also pressure hotels companies is the amount of immigrants who buy franchises. Some of their newer brands at the focus service area. Are first time owners, who are immigrants. So hurting that pipeline would cause hotel companies to pause.

No, not that I have heard of. That one Hampton in Lakeville, was the only one. And looking up the ownership group of the management company. Most were immigrants. So I don’t blame them for taking a stance against ICE.

Yes, one item that should be accounted for is Mr. Pretti phone. On it is not only video of what transpired. But also audio, if it was still going. That should be secured and not tampered with. And should be asked by media to the admin.

You are right. And this is where our fabric of society gets messed up. As who knows how many investment accounts of various kinds have Hilton tied into them.

I can understand your feelings. But Marriott and others are also housing Ice as well. The CEO for Hilton is a good guy. I have met him several times. And I would say, he seems more of a centrist than anything. As Hilton has been progressive in other important social issues.

As a former Corporate Employee of Hilton, it's a tough position. They could make a business decision to turn away about 12-18% of GVT business. Or they can ban with the other major Hotel corps to lobby the Gvt to house agents elsewhere. As for this hotel, they are a franchisee.

Just to compare. I went another Fox channel (Live Fox Now) on the app. And it was playing on that. But I shit you not. Fox really didn’t want people to see the hearings.

Just a follow up. The app works. It’s just Fox decided to blackout the hearings on their main platform channel. From 10:00 am to nearly 2:00 pm CST. Fox decided to go to the longest commercial humanly possible.

Remember there is no statute of limitations for Murder in both Federal Courts, and Minnesota State Courts. There is a 5 year limitation for a Homeside though. Which more like would be the change.
