A dose of #covid and then #pnuemonia (a summer lost!). still recovering and with a much different view on life now. People don't realise how much goes into #recovery and rebuilding.

Couldn't find any sort of dessert I liked in the shops so made a vanilla cheesecake. Thankfully once sliced it can be frozen.
