No not overstepping at all! I just had a complete overnight spiral balancing all the bills against the new lower wage. I am lucky it covers basics, but scares me to have such a step back (eg is this the bottom or), will sit down this weekend and free up some nice-to-haves and try get a clear head. 😖

anyway i essentially got shoved into a paycut and lost my teammates and the workload is the same. applying to any role but they are so rare, i just feel like giving it up yaknow 😅
