unpopular take: i think emotional maturity should be required when hiring someone. emotionally immature coworkers can contribute to burnouts and set a whole team off balance.

just finished reading Sapiens. this is one of those books that felt like an intense semester of classes of an important subject. i didn’t miss a class and i feel more educated for sure.
