i definitely would’ve done this differently in hindsight.
having Birdo turn over a new leaf immediately at their first damn fight is a bit ridiculous.
you can’t undo months of abuse like that.
like, i’d gradually have Birdo realize it right before the aforementioned screencap of 4-3
