In my opinion, if you call 911 if your house is on fire, you should get emergency help--not someone saying, "yeah, but we'd like to have your lawn furniture please."
I just feel the mineral deal negotiations should be happening once Ukraine's sovereignty is re-established.

Am I alone in seeing this as a predatory move by U.S.?
