In other news, one of my favorite members had their support dog today and he literally ran over to me for pets when he got into the lobby. He got tired really fast though

I did a loan for a guy about a month ago right? Got no response on a closing date. He didn't answer my calls, didn't respond to my emails, nothing. He calls into the call center today-- 20 DAYS LATER, MIND YOU-- mad that his loan wasn't closed?????? What????????????
