I feel compelled to buy my daughter something really nice, girl cleared all her academic records for the term, even the teachers comments makes my eye teary ♥️♥️♥️. So so proud of my daughter 🥹

My ancestors would be embarrassed if they ever saw me carrying the burden of my race around as though it is something to be ashamed of, my grandma would want her girl to thrive and live life at her very best like any other human alive, as it should be. We don’t do that over here darlings. We don’t!

Elsa Majimbo is unapologetic, and i love it, more black girls need to do life from a place of zero fucks given. People want black People never to be audacious but to walk around with an aura of shame and hosting "pity parties". May we not raise daughters who host pity parties because they’re blacks
