I write, slowly, in SE Michigan. I’ve worked in higher ed, marketing and a titch of journalism but now I seem to be an archives and museums person. I make two tweens try new foods and listen to Bo Diddley.
I liked Shirley, too. Of course now I can hardly remember the details just the mood in that airless-seeming house.

I love that it looks like comics from a hundred years ago. that somebody might actually buy it is just a prank, right? (I also love those big red cartoon boots that blew up a couple years ago)

I can see scholarly potential… but it would seem especially rude if your application was denied then your need exposed in detail, decades later! Likely no one applied for help thinking their details would be preserved? Or maybe “beggars can’t be choosers” whether their correspondence be shared now?
