The world changes super fast and everyone seems ahead of the curve and it's scary to do things at your own speed (I'm super slow compared to other artists too).

Talking about OCs with mutuals or getting invested over art with someone certainly helps for distraction in my opinion and in some occassions it also helps with creativity.

It's easier said than done, but keep your head up! You do some amazing brushes and I love seeing your OCs!

Maybe for some who are more successfull than me it does, but I always worry about money and always feel guilty when I take a few days off.

You just learn how to deal with it better, but the feeling remains.

I hope you have some good friends and / or family that can help you through these feelings

As someone who works as a fulltime freelance artist for 5 years now and also lives in Germany just like you (where taxes are crazy complicated and crazy expensive) the struggle has never really went away.
