How do I know Labor will win tonight? Try selling a nuclear power plan when 4 million houses and businesses already have solar panels on their roof. Policies, what policies? He won’t get the Uni students vote he’s not gonna get the women’s vote, plus Dutton’s divisive campaign. He’s toast. Ian

How about Dutton’s stance on not standing beside the Aboriginal or Torres Straight Islander flags - if that’s not a dog whistle to embolden white supremacists - then what is?

It’s Dutton’s call to ‘Stand back and stand by’

Peter Dutton said today that Welcome to Country is “an important part of official ceremonies & it should be respected"

Was he hoping nobody realises he’s appointed Jacinta Price as Shadow DOGE Minister who wants to ban Welcome to Country ceremonies, regarding them as “waste”?🙄

Whoever forms government needs to start working on integrity and truthfulness in government, politicians and the Australian media.
This campaign on both sides needs to fact check what they say and print, stop the lies.

Our research shows inequality has been supercharged in the last 20 years, and it will only get worse unless we fix it.

AUKUS is a sunk cost. 😏 Painful though it may be, we'd best write off what we've paid and abandon the deal.

If (and it's a big IF) Australia needs such huge submarines, then the US is not likely to supply them. Something smaller (and non-nuclear) from the UK or France would make more sense.
