Well clarification is a big word IMO. Just saying we need the license to use in order to provide our services, without more concrete information is…quite empty.
They removed the AI part, but that’s about it?
“purposes of operating, developing, and improving the Service” is so vague & empty meaning

And data governance. Not a lawyer. So maybe there’s something there.
What I think the EU could regulate, quite easily - but not a law expert - is the obligation of companies to clearly state changes in TOCs, instead of just having a “here’s our new TOC” of 100 pages. Have fun finding the differences

Regarding the author/person transferring the doc, GDPR-wise I don’t see an issue. But indeed having other ppl info in a doc, maybe…but tbf I think that’s a stretch as long as they don’t process to get the PPI (Private Personal Information). Thus it’s just “data”. But I have some knowledge of GDPR…

@ec.europa.eu regulation in a way that would obligate such parties to clearly state the changes. A bit like it happens in any sporting regulation. Ted what’s removed, blue what’s added or changed. This isn’t that complicated to do as a company. But it’s better for shareholders to hide those changes.

Also, any company can change TOCs, 99,99% of people, myself included, just click “agree to new TOC” without reading them. Meaning we could miss such important changes in TOC without knowing, thus without caring. It might be an idea for @ec.europa.eu to regulate this?

Honest question, what laws or regulations would this be infringing?

That Waseda professor calling it a honeypot for lazy reviewers? Come on. A real honeypot has logs, alerts, consequences. This is just gaming the system with a backup excuse ready. Same energy as 'I was just testing if the door was locked' after getting caught.

@erwinmcm.com one probably edge case I discovered this morning is that when used with DeskPad (github.com/Stengo/DeskPad), on the virtual screen of DeskPad, it doens't work.
I'll also create an issue on GitHub.

Yes, that’s the idea. Aiming to have a fairly decent analysis, covering indeed prompt, output, required refinement, context,… I’ll share the results :)

I meant lots of users, even after trainings, return statements like that. That’s why I want to go deeper into that sentiment. As to see if it’s like that, and why or how.
Not starting a study or recon with the outcome in mind. That would indeed be seriously biased.
