Loving a discussion around what have you done to enhance and encourage communication. Practices include celebrations around what went well as well as more learning oriented after action reviews; opportunities for reflections around what did you learn while working on a collection. #rbms25

Communication is always a challenge but in a large organization, scaling up communication is a challenge. Thinking about everyone who needs to be included in decisions can be tough and overwhelming. #rbms25

Invisible labor can be both intellectual labor and physical labor. Contributions to the work come from all around the organization, both inside and outside special collections and even the library. #rbms25
