Kansas just passed this legislation. Other states need to follow:
Effective 1 July 2026, 100% service connected disabled Veterans will not pay Kansas sales tax not to exceed $24,000 in purchases per year. Purchases of tobacco, alcohol, and motor vehicle are not included.
