Mayor Bass, I support you and know how hard it is for a politician to change their mind....but I urge you to look into Prop 50 further and encourage your voters to vote YES ON 50! Ordinarily, I would listen to your advice, but these are NOT ORDINARY TIMES.

Democrats I know support cost cutting in the government...but with a scalpel, not a hatchet! USAID for example is less than 1% of federal spending.
