fiction guidelines Length: 500-3,000 words. [Firm!] One story per author. Dates: June 1st-30th, 2025. Language: English. (Translations welcome.) Payment: $.08 cents per word USD. Who can submit? Anyone! We would love to see submissions from women, BIPOC, queer, trans, disabled and otherwise marginalized folks! What we want: MESSED UP DEER! HORROR! (If it’s in the Cervidae family, it counts.) What we don’t: No gen-”A.I.” material. No rape or sexual assault; no child abuse; we are not interested in unexamined sexism or misogyny. poetry guidelines Length/form: any form; up to 50 lines. (Poets may submit up to 5 poems.) Dates: June 1st-30th, 2025. Language: English. (Translations into English for the first time are welcome.) Payment: $50 USD per poem. Who can submit? Anyone!
