how did we normalise running software that you cant verify the code of. i dont care if microsoft is a "trusted entity", they could easily sneak in malware and no one would be the wiser

PR with fixed `CMakeLists.txt`, afaik it doesn't build Analysis or Codegen properly, but the VM and Compiler build fine (which is what i want to use, JIT too janky for me rn)

TfL has three copies of it in their library. Two are unavailable and the other is in storage, so its unlikely thats ever going to come out from them.
