Analysis is 100% right but it’s important not to blow smoke when your citizens are getting brutalized. Maybe all the people saying the governor has no legit way of actually stopping them are correct! But if you can’t, then don’t claim you are.

If democrats abandon trans rights, nobody in any marginalized group has any reason to believe democrats wouldn’t also side the GOP against them. I know you hate the idea but supporting trans people is necessary for keeping the Democratic Party alive.
