I’m crying myself to sleep every night. Granted, I have knee and sciatica pain too but thanks to where we are, I can’t afford to get a cortisone shot at the doctor’s office either so…

I have days (or weeks now) like this. We just have to keep going because all I can think about is my dead would do anything to have one more day here (both my brothers passed before they turned 50). I’m 58 now. Every once in a while I feel I owe it to them.

Smoking in my eyes. Is nothing compared to being sober. On August 1st, it will be 4 years since I quit. I’ve also bounced from one ED (ana) to the other (overeating). Both are being tested at the moment.

I was just thinking that Iran is in a predicament now. They said nothing of importance was hit. If they do something huge, retaliation for minor damage will make them look like liars. On the other hand, they will respond. The question is what will it look like.
