With regard to number 3 - as it stands constituents accept whatever their elected candidates do or don't do. They exaggerate success, and make excuses for failure. All democrats have to do to get elected is oppose Republicans.

2. The wealthy class destroys the system, creating space for a new system.
3. Constituents protesting and pressuring their own candidates for results.

Well thank you, but the reach and funding of the duopoly is such that no third party has a chance, regardless of platform. Also, I don't believe the system can be remedied through its own processes.
These issues are inherently baked into the system and will not be corrected through voting.
