Seems like a huge conflict of interest, when he sues an agency that he controls. If, by SCOTUS decree, he’s immune from prosecution, they should also hold of that he cannot bring any actions, particularly against any governmental agency or body.

I’m old enough to remember Bush put his holdings in a blind trust so he couldn’t easily use his power to influence his wealth. Not a for sale sign on everything

National approvals ratings are kind of meaningless. He is in the high 60s WY, WV, ND and ID. He is well below 40% in the most liberal states, VT, HI, MD , MA and California. What I find encouraging is that he’s underwater in most of the battleground states - MI, GA, NC, PA & NV.
