This is my late father’s #TexasInstruments #calculator SR-56. It still works fine, no LED display problems. 😊 I replaced the old 600 mAh NiCd batteries with a 1150 mAh LiPo battery and a TC4056 USB-C charging board. Plus a 3D printed battery cover. Now everything fits & works fine. #sr56 #3dprinting

Fascinating! The two adjacent #Ulanzi displays show different illuminance values. This explains why – when in auto-brightness mode – they show different brightnesses. ⇒ Will setup a #HomeAssistant automation that sets both brightnesses using one of these sensors! 😏 #Awtrix #SmartHome #HomeAutomation

I no longer automate the evening lights depending on the sunset time. Bad weather ⇒ earlier dark. So I use the light intensity sensor from my weather station and switch on the lights if the value falls below 50 lux. 👌 Here's today's light intensity curve … #HomeAssistant #HomeAutomation #SmartHome

WTF?!? What is #Elgato’s Control Center App doing there?! Every 2 seconds an ICMP (ping) packet with the lyrics of the song “99 bottles of beer on the wall” in the data frame – and counting backwards (like in the song) to 0 where it starts all over again?! 😂 Hilarious! #Wireshark #networksniffing
