We launched the Hardship to Hope Food Relief Fund in response to the suspension of SNAP benefits in early November.

In just 8 days, Metro United Way and our partners provided $607,500 in digital grocery cards to 2,735 households—supporting 9,651 people, including more than 6,000 children.

Our Hardship to Hope Food Relief Fund helped more than 1,600 families in the first week. We disbursed more than $300,000 in Kroger gift cards to families missing their SNAP benefits.
