She needs to be fired. Accusing someone of being antisemitic on the grounds that they didn’t suck up to you day one (and let’s be honest, that’s what she actually meant) is not only serious defamation, but it’s horribly insulting and damaging to people facing actual antisemitism.

I always say that if you have to tell other people you’re a good person/good Christian, you probably are an asshole. Only say that you try to be, not that you are. Goodness shows through actions and how others think of you.

On the other hand it could be even sooner! Every body is different and there wasn’t much of a brain there in the first place. Plus I doubt he’s getting the same level of care one would get in a home. Too self absorbed to admit to himself he needs it.
