ICE is reportedly planning to hire contractors for round-the-clock surveillance of social media—scouring it all to identify targets for deportation.

The data would feed into an existing ICE system built by Palantir, the surveillance tech firm co-founded by billionaire and Trump ally, Peter Thiel
