This week, our Clinic team representing Jersey City Times in Morrill v. Fulop argued in federal court in Newark. 2L Brina Harden delivered the oral argument and did a fantastic job. Plaintiffs allege they were barred from city press access after a critical story.

We submitted a comment to the FTC opposing its Omnicom–IPG consent order, saying it violates the First Amendment by banning ad boycotts over political views. We argue the FTC is using merger review to police protected speech and chill industry expression.
