I’m pretty sure the issue is he didn’t watch his foot hit the ball, but looked up to where he thought it should be going. Much like some golfers look up early on their shots and hit out divots.

The only way it will get actual judicial review is if both sides are doing it to their benefit. One sided objections only work for the party in power.
