Nothing can surprise me when it comes from the extremely corrupt FIFA. The way Infantino has sucked up to Trump is nauseating.

A favorite of mine, just loved his driving style back then. I can’t believe he’s 77!

WTF?

The worst thing Norris can do is fight it out with Max on turn 1. Just let him win, a podium is enough to win the title.

Well… McLaren made sure of that. It should have won the driver’s title by now.

I turned off the TV at that precise moment! This is F1, not the Saturday morning cartoons. Can you imagine Fangio, Clark or Senna with Mickey Mouse?

I can’t see this happening. Doesn’t Newey get a say in this matter? Just look at how better Red Bull got after Horner was sacked.

I can’t imagine a more boring and uninspiring drivers pairing… 😴

Great read! And you got to meet Mike Rutherford of Genesis, lucky you! 😎 I think Max is leaving RBR at the end of the season, by the way. That’s my completely uninformed opinion.

Nah, it’s just a little dust… 🥹

Feel good story of the season! It was so moving to see him and Sauber overjoyed by that 3rd place! 😃😃😃😃

I put all my cds in carrying cases. I kept most of the booklets in a separate case, but I hardly read them anyway. My entire CD collection has been digitized on hard disk (WAV files), so I don’t play the CDs, really.

I got rid of the plastic (a.k.a. jewel) cases a few years ago. Saved me lots of space.

I can't see a Verstappen/Russell team. Verstappen will want (and deserves) absolute #1 status and Russell will not agree to be second fiddle. Much easier to keep Kimi, who will be only 19, prepare him to lead the team when Max retires.
If I was Russell, I'd update my resume, just in case...

The days when players showed up for training camp with 20 lbs to lose are long gone...

Thank you!! Much appreciated! 👍🏻😃

I miss the days when each car looked different. You could identify a Ligier, a Renault, a Ferrari or a Lotus by the shape of the car, not just by the livery,

The two creative minds who made what I believe is the greatest ever adaptation of a literary work: « Dangerous Liaisons ». They took the best novel of the 18th century and created a masterpiece of their own. It would be so great to see your wonderful novel adapted by them.

If there is one team from the past that I would « bring back » today, it would be Ligier. I miss these cars on the grid.

A good friend of mine, who doesn’t read English, is anxiously awaiting this! She’s jealous that I have already read it!

Yes, Labatt was the sponsor of the Canadian GP until 1987, when a conflict with a rival brewery led to the cancellation of the race that year.
Remember those photos of Gilles Villeneuve shaking a giant bottle of Labatt 50 instead of the traditional champagne on the podium in 1978?
