Attended the Verona Remembrance Day Ceremony today with my father-in-law. At the end he placed a poppy on the RCAF wreath for his uncle Rodney Campsall, shot down over Germany in WWII. Our family remembers the sacrifice & we thank all those who continue to serve & work for peace.

Violet Femmes Friday in Almonte was amazing! A wonderful event for a very worthy cause that is so needed in #Lanark #Frontenac. Lanark County Interval House provides support to so many women & families. Now to get a comprehensive national strategy declaring IPV an epidemic!

New Leaf Link is a wonderful program for adults with disabilities and very much needed in our rural riding so residents can have quality of life. Thank you to all the amazing volunteers that make this program possible! #frontenac

Great to stop in & visit with Central Frontenac Township staff & council at their open house yesterday in Sharbot Lake. Had a very nice tour of their new offices in a historic building. A super space where so many important services are being coordinated. #Frontenac
