Dems did not vote for this bill but every Republican did and since they are the majority they won. Until we elect more democrats into the senate we will continue to to lose.

Why are the companies not speaking up? When the prices are just too high we won’t buy. They will lose money(profits) and their companies will crash. Simple economics.

I doubt the damage can actually ever be repaired. Once these research projects are shut down and they throw out millions of samples that were collected over 20-30 years are gone. You can’t replace that. Rare diseases from families are gone. How do you start over?

Me democratic senator is voting yes on all of the nominees(Hegseth,Oz,Kennedy) and the really bad policies, he die answer phones, no town halls, nothing. It’s worse than having a Republican. So swapping him out would be the right move. There is a small handful that need to go. We can do both!

What are the options? (Not an attorney).what happens to you if you continue to refuse? How long can they detain you? Will you be subjected to assault? Will they allow you to call for help and what do you do if they refuse? I don’t have answers but I don’t see a lot of options here.
