There has been a shortage of Ophthalmologists in MB for several years (ask anyone waiting for cataract surgery). Your Dr probably has the skills but may not be comfortable in dealing with a possible post-procedure infection. Hot, damp compresses are the way to go.

Come on municipal, provincial & school services- make the move so I can delete that app too!

I remember the work that went into reducing the GST from 7% to 5% & moving to HST (in some provinces). We had months to prepare for those long term changes. Software needs to be reprogrammed, staff need to be trained, tax remittance forms need to be adjusted. It’s a huge behind the scenes process.
