Never heard of Hasan, Asmongold, Try Guys or many of the things that people are getting really upset about the last few days. Half my time line might as well be in Japanese cause I don’t understand any of it. The other half is all baseball chat, again, don’t understand it either. Weird few days. 😀

Thank mate. It’s been a stressful and busy time. Thankfully Mum is doing well and Dad has adjusted to things - he’s driving again for first time in a couple of years. Just thankful got everything sorted for them. Parents get older and you’ve got to look after them. It’s only right.

My folks house flooded due to rain storm. Mum fell while cleaning up and broke her arm. Dad struggles physically and relies on her a lot. So I’ve had to take up some slack. Sorted insurance claim for new carpets. Got fitted yesterday. Moved furniture for them. Cooked meals for em. A tough few weeks.

Been catching up on AEW last few days. That mixed tag with Marina/Yuta v Stat/Darby was a tremendous piece of business. Statlander looked like an absolute bad ass in that match. Carried herself like the top star. Worked hard and intense with some really cool spots. Everyone else rocked too. Loved it

Most evenings I fall down a classic AJPW rabbit hole on YT. There’s so many great matches on there. Last night discovered Yoshiaki Yatsu for the first time. Dude fucking ruled. His team with Chosu vs Tsuruta/Tenryu produced some amazing matches. Hit crowds. Proper graps. Worth checking out. 🤼

Maybe “this” version of social media is supposed to die? Maybe, as humans, we’re not supposed to be subjected to thousands of opinions, on every subject, every day? Maybe financially rewarding any engagement is bad for us? Maybe this experiment failed and we should try another way?

Whatever happened to that Prime drink? I never hear about it or see it in the shops, apart from WWE/UFC. My nephew was obsessed with it for a few months. Then he matured and realised dudes like Logan Paul, KSI, Mr Beast are actually complete pricks. Did they lose a lot of money on it? I hope so.

I went to UFC live a few year ago. The crowd was filled with young, coked up gym bros and frozen faced women. Lots of jewellery. Expensive watches. Disposal income. Hence the crazy high ticket prices UFC could charge. I don’t see that crowd at WWE shows. It’s families. And they’ll be priced out. 🤼
