The CDC is gutting a program that monitors foodborne illnesses. The program will now only track infections caused by two pathogens, rather than eight.

A belated Father's Day gift to myself: a custom radio strap, my first. Highlights my strong base in EMS, fire and the puzzle piece for the autism spectrum. I'd prefer the infinity sign but the manufacturer - who did an absolutely amazing job - didn't have that option.
