Spent three hours in the Westfield MA Community Programming studio taping upcoming programs of On The Mark, with a great line-up of guests. But, I got to spehd an hour chatting with students from Westfield Technical Academy, and my wunderkind prodeucer Brady LePage. And THAT made my day.

Two years ago today, I went on a Wyoming adventure. Partly to learn about Matthew Shepard's life in Laramie for an arts project I was doing, and partly to see my #1 Wyoming tour guide, firefighter, medic, first responder and pal, Ben.
