Really sticking my neck out re: Mosquera, but there is a player there, but he requires a better coach to do what we know he is capable of consistently. Smith, Guerra and Kelsy can stay as well. At least they are young, but they need better coaching to become good players.

The longer you wait the less attractive the role for potential replacements. We discovered that the last season we went down. I'm not the 49ers, so no idea who they'd think of. They liked Brendan Rogers a few years ago, he's had success at Celtic & Leicester. Is that enough of an upgrade?! Not sure.

Oh undoubtedly so. He shouldn't carry the full can for this debacle. The recruitment was nowhere near good enough. Sunderland are proving that. The 49ers need to be decisive (not something they are known for) because any dither and delay now will be costly.
