It took 4 days to straighten out a med for my dog . Multiple calls from my vet multiple calls from me bc they updated there computer system.. telling me I wasn’t a customer meanwhile I’ve been getting this medicine for 4 years !!!

I just want to vent about AI to get even a simple phone call accomplished these days takes hours and repetitive calls etc… like this is NOT saving time and it’s everything doctors pets orders shopping like everything let’s go back to a HUMAN or some kinda balance here it is aweful
