There are several articles listing the words, most behind paywalls, thus harder to share but as crazy as it sounds the word woman is on the list. If you can find something that says its not please share. I would like to be wrong.

An easy one that is not DEI is womens research but I’m cool with getting rid of it as long as we get rid of all research related to mens health too- no need to improve prostate or ovarian cancer results, right, because… DEI?

That is not all he did. That may be part of it, but it is not all. I’m all for reduced administration fees, but also have to be sure comparing apples to apples on what is considered administration fees. The devil is always in the details.

You may want to check your “facts” on this. For example, all the grants cut bc of words associated with DEI- surprise sometimes those words are used in science not related to DEI. What you also are missing is even a pause in funding can cause repercussions resulting in ppl having to leave.

It sounds like this might not be as much of a problem going forward given the whole birth certificate/id match requirement. 🙄

I set out to challenge my opinion on Musk. I thought maybe he isn’t pure evil, maybe he knows something about business - then I looked at the filings for his companies and found myself even more depressed.

In 2022 Musk bought twitter, in Nov 2022 Musk did all the same stuff he is with the gov at twitter, in January 2023 there was a data breach. Luckily twitter only has names and emails. Now he is playing in systems with inexperienced people and ALL your PII- social, bank account, birthdate.
