So, are most folks using python + gemini to OCR non-English materials?

What if the materials have more than non-English language? Can it handle 3-4 language OCRing?

I'm on the look out for publicly available datasets relating to Ancient Rome. I have already seen Harvard's Digital Atlas project, Stanford's Urbis Romae project, Oxford's Coin Hoard project.....what am I missing? Send recs!
