I have this exact list. Being able to do an honest autopsy on your writing and lucidly catolog what's killing it is one of the hardest but most useful skills.

I think too many people look at writing advice as a daily multi-vitamin to become a better writer rather than a prescription for an exact problem you've already identified in your work.
